Creta Restaurante

We read about Creta on s blog we followed and decided to give it a try, the four dishes we had were flavourful and the presentation beautiful. I had a crab and shrimp in cream cheese stuffed chicken that was accompanied with veggies cooked to perfection and the most delicious scalloped potatoes. My hubby had the Filet Mignon, he ordered Medium Well and it came out as medium, which is what he actually wanted, it seems in Ecuador you have to order steaks like that. The crab cake appy was good, but not prepared how we do it in NA. My son had the chicken stuffed in phylo pastry which he seemed to enjoy.

I used to be a regular at Creta because the food was great and the hours were fabulous (10 A.M. to 10 P.M, 7 days per week) Even the relatively high prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and varied selection. However, they have recently raised the prices again and now they are just too much to pay. For this kind of money you can go to Tiestos and that isn’t a hard decision.
